Ceremonial Gray Whale Retreat

to deepen the animal & human relationship through interspecies connection

March 5 to 12, 2026 • Loreto and San Ignacio Lagoon Baja Mexico

Join me for an intimate ceremonial retreat with gray whales in the protected San Ignacio Lagoon of Baja Mexico. In this ceremonial retreat with the whales and the web of life you will cultivate a greater connection with yourself, nature and animals, gaining a new perspective on communication. Our world desperately needs more people willing to trust their intuition as well as their connection to animals and to be willing to engage in conversation, at this ceremonial retreat you will have daily opportunities for connection and communication.

The experience I had with the grey whales in 2023 was life changing.  During my trip I had many experiences of the whales coming up to the boats and allowing us to touch them.  I witnessed whales mating, whales playing with each other, I saw many mama and baby whales at a distance.

On the last whale excursion the whales were a distance away from us.  I was sitting with a grandmother in the back of the boat who really wanted to see a baby whale up close.  I resonated with her desire and started singing a children's song that I sang to my kids - it was a Raffi song Baby Beluga and I changed the words to Baby Grey whale.  I kept singing, singing with my hand trailing in the water and letting my love for the whales and my desire to to connect infuse my words.  A whale approached our boat with a young one at her side.  The mama whale slightly nudged our boat, I kept singing.  As the group up front were engaged with her, she moved her body in such a way allowing her baby to come to the grandmother and I in the back of the boat.  I placed my hand on the baby's head as she turned sideways, opened her mouth and slid under the boat. Our eyes locked before she dove deep.  I was transfixed and changed forever.

The trust the mother had in us to gently receive her baby and the curiosity the baby engaged with the grandmother and I opened my heart wide.  The guide on our boat who has been with guiding for 4 years could not believe our luck.  She has never been able to touch a baby.  She had attributed it to the singing and the clear intention of love and connection.

The whales and the beauty of the Lagoon have so much to teach us about connection to the natural world.

I am excited to share this experience with you,

San Ignacio lagoon  is one of the last undeveloped gray whale birthing sites on the planet, and has been designated a UNESCO Heritage Site.  Gray whales  have the longest annual migration of all mammals. Each October, these gentle giants embark on a whopping 5 - 6,000 mile journey from the frigid Arctic waters to the warm, protected lagoons of Baja Mexico to mate and calf their young in February and March.

To enhance your experience at the retreat you will be taught and practice animal communication before the retreat. You will deepen your connection with your psychic senses and abilities to send and receive telepathic communications to converse with the animals. You will discover the language of the heart and communicate without words while returning to your innate body knowing of the universal language that connects us all. Awakening a heart centered connection opens your intuitive channels to converse with the animals and strengthens your ability to communicate with all of life.
